The Inner Path

Integrative Coaching, Somatic, Energetic & Ceremonial Work

Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, yet something inside feels off.

You may keep repeating the same relationship patterns, feel disconnected from yourself, struggle with anxiety or emotional intensity, feel stuck in a transition, or carry a sense of emptiness even when you have many of the things you thought you wanted.

You may understand your patterns intellectually and still find yourself living them.

The Inner Path is a space to work with what is happening beneath the surface — and to turn awareness into meaningful change.

My approach brings together integrative coaching, somatic work, nervous-system awareness, breathwork, emotional and energetic integration, ceremony, spiritual inquiry, and purpose work.

The intention is simple:

to help you reconnect with yourself, understand what keeps repeating, and live with greater clarity, embodiment and alignment.

  • The breathwork in particular has been incredible. Alejandro has this shamanistic presence and power that is honestly hard to put into words until you experience it yourself. I don’t say this lightly. Working with Alejandro can genuinely change your life.

  • Some of those experiences have been genuinely pivotal for me. I have enormous gratitude for Alejandro, not only for the work he does, but for the way he shows up while doing it. He creates spaces where I have felt safe enough to be completely human, and that has been a beautiful and transformative gift.

    Setare S

  • One of the things I appreciate most about him is how intuitive he is. He seems to know when I need a gentle touch or a few words of encouragement, and when I need a bit more of a nudge to go deeper or release something I’m holding onto.

    Katy V

  • He has a way of really listening, asking the right questions, and helping me see things from a different perspective. I’ve gained a lot of clarity and made some pretty big shifts with his support. I’m really grateful to have him in my corner.

This Work May Be For You If...

You keep ending up in the same relationship dynamics.

You overthink, react strongly, shut down or seek reassurance even when part of you knows what is happening.

You struggle to hold boundaries or lose yourself in relationships.

You feel stuck, disconnected or unsure of your direction.

You have achieved a lot but still feel an emptiness you cannot quite explain.

You understand your patterns intellectually, but still struggle to change them.

You are moving through heartbreak, grief, change or a significant transition.

You want a deeper relationship with your body, emotions, purpose or spiritual life.

You have had a powerful ceremonial, breathwork, psychedelic or spiritual experience and want support integrating it.

Or you simply know:

I am ready for something to change.

How I Work

We begin with real life.

The relationship.
The pattern.
The decision.
The emotion.
The sense of being stuck.

From there, we look beneath the surface.

My work is grounded, integrative, embodied, and trauma-informed.

I work across mind, body, emotion, relationship, energy, purpose, and spirituality — bringing together different approaches according to what each person actually needs.

There is no single framework or formula. The work begins with meeting you where you are, listening for what is present, and creating the conditions for deeper awareness, integration, and change.

The work may include:

  • Integrative coaching

  • Somatic & nervous-system work

  • Emotional processing

  • Breathwork

  • Energy awareness & integration

  • Relational & attachment exploration

  • Shadow & inner-child inquiry

  • Purpose & values work

  • Spiritual reflection

  • Ceremony & earth-based practices

The focus remains the same: greater awareness, greater capacity, and a more embodied way of living.

1:1 Integrative Sessions

12 Week Transformational Container
$3,000.00

The most popular way to work together.

A dedicated space for deeper transformation, integration, and embodied change.

Over 12 weeks, we move beyond the immediate challenge to explore what lies beneath it — the patterns, emotions, relationships, beliefs, and places where you may feel disconnected from yourself.

The work is intuitive and highly individualized, shaped around what is present for you and what the process calls for. Depending on your needs, sessions may weave together coaching, emotional processing, somatic work, breathwork, energy work, ceremony, shadow exploration, and purpose work.

Rather than following a fixed formula, we listen for what is needed as the journey unfolds.

This continuity creates the space for deeper integration — allowing insight to become embodied and meaningful change to take root in how you live, relate, and move forward.

A Transformational Approach

Transformation rarely happens through one doorway.

Depending on what you are moving through, the work may involve the body, breath, emotions, relationships, ceremony, purpose, or deeper questions of meaning.

These are some of the pathways we may explore together.

Begin the Inner Path

You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need.

You can begin with what is happening in your life right now.

If something here resonates, we can start with a conversation about where you are, what you are navigating and whether working together feels aligned.

A Note on Scope

This work is complementary to psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, and other regulated health services. It does not replace clinical or medical care, but may support the broader process of integration, embodiment, and personal transformation.
